The technical program includes several parallel tracks with concurrent sessions. Please take a moment to review your submission options. You will be required to select a presentation type and which technical track to submit your abstract to.

TECHNICAL PRESENTATION
Technical Presentation - A draft paper is required. Upon your review/acceptance, a final paper submission is required, along with your power point presentation at the conference. A copyright form will need to be signed by all authors affiliated with the submitted paper in order to be published on the ICEM Final Program CD. NOTE: Any presentations not presented will not be published.
On-site your power point presentation should be approximately 20 minutes with 5 minutes for questions and answers. Presentation at the conference will be required for publication.
Please Note: - If an excessive number of Technical Presentations are received; It may be necessary to re-assign some Technical Presentations to a Poster Paper Publication. If this is necessary you will be notified by email.
POSTER PAPER PUBLICATION ONLY
Poster Paper Publications – A draft paper is required. Upon your review/acceptance, a final paper submission is required, along with your poster presentation at the conference. A copyright form will need to be signed by all authors affiliated with the submitted paper in order to be published on the ICEM Final Program CD. NOTE: Any presentations not presented will not be published.
On-site Participation for Poster Presentation is required. You will be assigned either an AM or PM Session. Your requirements include; available and manning your area during this time frame assigned. Un-setup presentation will not be published.
PANEL SESSIONS
Assigned by the Session Track Chairs ONLY- A description 200 - 400 words is required by the Session Co-Chair(s) along with a list of panel participants, prior to the conference.
POSTER – UNPUBLISHED
A Poster UN-Published – Is an abstract of 200 - 400 words is required along with the required poster presentation at the conference. NOTE: Your presented will not be published, but we thank you for your participation.
