ICEM’09 - CONFERENCE VENUE: The 2009 conference will be held at the Liverpool Arena and Conference Centre (ACC) situated in the beautiful location of the Kings Dock on the River Mersey, it offers visitors a unique experience in one of the UK's most vibrant cities.
